Autumn in Poland - Kasia Bednarz (class 2c)

Autumn is the most beautiful season, because everybody loves golden leaves fallen from the tree and walk among them. Children like jumping in puddles. It's the time to dig out potatoes. People wear raincoats, gumboots and take umbrellas . In the sky clouds appear. In the gloomy and raining days hedgehogs are looking for food .

Wonderful pictures that remind me on the place where I live. It seems there is silence ond no hectic life. Am I right?

I was interested in the long fields of pictures 2 and 4. Flying from Edinburgh and coming in to land at Krakow Airport I was amazed to see from the air the patterns of long fields. I didn't take any pictures because we could get them from Google Earth Sat. pictures.
Do you know anything about this kind of farming? As far as I know it does not exist in Britain.
