5 eggs
200 g. flour
600 ml. milk
300 g sugar
25 g butter

Elaboration:

If you want to do Filloas (a tradicional Galician food), you need a big bowl and a frying pan. You put the 5 eggs in the bowl. You whisk the eggs. Next, you add the flour and then the milk. You whisk it, and when these ingredients are mixed, you have to add the sugar and the butter, till you get a mixture without lumps.

Then you put the mixture in a glass. You should put a bit of this mixture in the frying pan with a bit of oil, and then you have to turn over the "filloa" because they must be fried on both rides. You can eat them with cream, sugar, fruit, chocolate..
